1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@exotiqrevv.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
